Yes. All 4Matrix products are cloud-based and work on all major browsers and devices.

4Matrix Cloud
Built-in MIS import tools are available for Arbor and Bromcom, with SIMS support expected in Spring Term 2026. Users of other MIS systems can import data via spreadsheets.There is no live MIS link; imports are manually initiated and confirmed by the user.

4Matrix Fusion
Data is securely sent from each school’s 4Matrix Cloud system - no separate import is required.

Training is not included in the licence fee, but bespoke training packages are available. We also offer free and paid webinars, along with online guides, videos and a knowledge base.

Yes. 4Matrix Cloud is a fully cloud-hosted solution. Our Data Processing Agreement explains how New Media Learning Ltd processes personal data on behalf of schools when using the 4Matrix Cloud platform. It applies only to data held within the software; use of our website and other services is covered by our full Terms and Conditions.

4Matrix Fusion is also cloud-based. No personal data is stored in Fusion - pupil names are removed before data is sent to the Fusion database.
